The TMSDC Education Foundation provides need-based financial support to assist academically qualified, graduating high school seniors who aspire to pursue a college education. The mission is to further education through personal development, educational tools and to encourage scholarship philanthropy. Established in 1994, the TMSDC Education Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Since its inception, the foundation has awarded over $2.4 million to 398 deserving high school seniors. Your support will help to promote education and help prepare students for the future.

COE NEXT! – VIRTUAL
MONDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2023 – FRIDAY, MARCH 28, 2025
TSMSDC’s Centers of Excellence (COE) is a protégé mentor program designed to provide certified business owners with invaluable information, procurement insights, and business expertise for growth and sustainability.
Due to its success, the Council is introducing an extended version called COE NEXT! This module will focus on the needs of MBEs who fall in Class I, with revenues between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The program will provide assessments/gap analysis, educational sessions, mentorship, and direct access to real-world experiences and bona fide knowledge in running successful small businesses to scale.
During the 18-month period both MBE mentors and corporate advisors will work directly with Class I MBE participants on examining skills that will ‘ramp up’ and help to overcome hurdles from the fledgling business phase, to advance to the next level as a business enterprise, and increase business acumen and professional agility. Each session will identify hands-on practical, transferable skills in areas of leadership, management and operations.
